So I just let my game update and was real excited about ENDGAME COLLAPSE, the first game I played and streamed was cool because I wanted the entity to kill me that was awesome, the second game where I actually tried to escape was just wow. Me and three randos which were pretty good vs the clown which they got tunneled and killed (of course). Anyway he activated the ENDGAME with closing the hatch and I continued to go to the exit gates which is impossible to escape as the last survivor, I could not open a gate because killer of course is watching them and the hatch was not open since I was the last survivor. the hatch should atleast reopen because how in the hell is the last survivor supposed to escape. you guys did not accidentally give ghost face for a couple of minutes that ######### was so that people would keep playing because it is officially impossible to escape as the last survivor. PRETTY BAD JOB SO FAR GUYS. was this a bug? is the hatch supposed to reopen if your the last survivor? let me know please because all my friends on my list of over 100 people play dead by daylight and only three playing. Im just amazed at how my favorite game has become the last game on me and my friends lists games to play

    Thats not how it is supposed to work though you cant just dead set the hatch game since this game was a trial and then just ruin it by making it completely impossible to escape as the last survivor. Go on somewhere unless you have something useful kid

    It was done to end holding the game hostage and hatch standoffs.

    It not completely impossible to escape you could go immerse. How close were the gates? Were they on both on the same side or were they across from each other? If they are close to each other then tht game if not then I'm pretty sure there should be a timer on the hatch to reopen after sum time

    OP it sounds like you want hatch standoffs to return but that is exactly why this new endgame has been introduced and maybe you just need to, you know, git gud "kid".

    I think it's fair, hatch has always been in favour of the survivor. I do disagree when people say it's a free escape as a lot of the time the last guy is the best of the survivors.

    Only thing I would change is have the exit doors spawn further apart. Other than that I like it when it's activated.

    The whole point is that the last survivor has to get to the hatch first or lose. It is the great race at that point. Also stops Claudette from army crawling across the map for 10 minutes. Huge upgrade to the game.

    Why did you expect the Hatch to reopen if they gave the Killer the ability to close the Hatch on the last Survivor?

    you are not entitled to a free escape. You need to work for it.

    Killer can't patrol 2 gates at once. You need to be smart about it.
