Chapter: Dark Side of the Moon

Killer name: The Werewolf

Map: Crotus Prenn Asylum - Half of the map is inside the mental institution while the other half is a forest, wooded area. One corner of the map is a den where The Werewolf was raised.

Backstory: (Since I am terrible at writing I’ll give key points to insight on what I’m thinking)

·   Parents abandoned him when he was young

·   Raised by wolves

·   Found by hunters after they kill his entire pack

·   Taken to Crotus Prenn Asylum for mental evaluation

·   Fully believes he is a wolf

·   Kills many patients and staff

·   As he leaves the mental asylum the entity calls to him

Killer Terror Radius: 8 Meters in Tier I, 12 Meters in Tier II, 24 Meters in Tier III. (If one survivor is in tier III, The Werewolf will have 24 meters. As long as at least one survivor is in a higher tier, he will have the higher tier terror radius).

Killer Movement speed: 3.85 m/s, 96.25% (Due to his power of decreasing survivor movement speed, and him not actually being a wolf, The Werewolf will have one of the lowest movement speeds)

Killer's main weapon: Wolves Claw’s

These claws were paws from his previous Alpha, which he removed when the hunters executed the pack. As sharp and deadly today as the day they were removed.

Killer Power: The Howl

Hearing the howl of the werewolf puts survivors into a state of fear and decreases action and movement speed for a small period of time.

Tier System:

• Similar to The Shape, The Werewolf "stalks" his prey

• Survivors can be put into three states of fear

• Each survivor is put into the tier individually. It takes 8 seconds of stalking to put survivors into Tier I, 10 seconds for Tier II, and 12 seconds for Tier III.

  • Tier I: A wolf's howl is heard. Survivor is now in a state of fear. Survivors action speed is decreased by 5% and movement speed is decreased by 10%. Survivors breathing will become 5% louder (stacks)
  • Tier II: A wolf's howl is heard. Survivors action speed is decreased by 10% and movement speed is decreased by 15%. Survivors breathing will become 10% louder (stacks)
  • Tier III: A wolf's howl is heard. Survivors action speed is decreased by 15% and movement speed remains decreased by 15%. When the survivor is within the killer’s terror radius, they let out a scream of fear, alerting the killer of their location. Survivors breathing will become 15% louder (stacks)

How to get out of State of Fear: Survivors have two options

  • Option 1: Survivors must hit a great skill check. This gives them a boost of confidence and decreases their tier by one. If a survivor is in Tier III, they must hit three great skill checks in order to be fully out of the State of Fear.
  • Option 2: Survivor must find another survivor to "comfort" them. However, one survivor=one tier level down. If a survivor is in Tier III, they must find 3 other survivors to comfort them in order to be fully out of the State of Fear. A survivor who is also in a state of fear cannot “comfort” another survivor.
  • These are interchangeable.

The State of Fear is identified by a red bar on the survivor’s icon. When a survivor is put into Tier I, they will gain one red bar. At Tier II, they will gain two red bars. At Tier III, they will gain three red bars.

The comfort animation will be the survivor hugging the other survivor for 5 seconds.

Survivors in the State of Fear will shiver, rub their arms, and constantly look over their shoulder, looking very paranoid.

3 teachable perks:

Acute Senses – Level 30 Teachable

Survivors movement, repairing generators, sabotaging hooks, opening chest, vaulting pallets/windows, cleansing totems and opening exit gates are 10%/15%/20% louder.

Hex: Heart of a Wolf – Level 35 Teachable

Once all generators are powered, any remaining dull totem will turn into a hex totem. All survivors’ movement speed is decreased by 5%/10%/15% until the hex totem is cleansed. When a survivor cleanses any totem (this applies to the entire match, not just the end game) their cleansing speed is decreased by 15%.

     *Stacks

o Note: when survivors’ cleanse totems, they will receive a notification on the side of their screen that Hex: Heart of a Wolf is being used.

Alpha – Level 40 Teachable

You become obsessed with one survivor. Each time you INJURE or DOWN or INTERUPT a survivor, your obsession can see your aura for 6/5/4 seconds. However, each time the obsession begins repairing a generator, you see survivors’ auras within a 16/32/64-meter range for 4/5/6 seconds. When all generators are repaired, for 4 seconds if the hatch is within 8/10/12 meters of you, you will see its aura.

Mori: While the survivor is standing, The Werewolf pounces on their back, knocking them down. He digs a nail into the survivors leg and flips them over onto their back. Using his mouth, he rips out the survivors neck and swallows it.

New Survivor Concept

Name: Wanda Christensen

Story: (Key points)

·   Grew up with Nea Karlsson

·   Also a rebellious kid

·   Never fit in

·   Unlike Nea, Wanda is very bold and loud

3 teachable perks:

Cry Out – Level 30 Teachable

When the killer is stunned, you see their aura for 4/5/6 seconds

The Last Laugh – Level 35 Teachable

If you are the last survivor within a trial, you automatically gain one health state and leave no scratch marks for 6/8/10 seconds

Oops! – Level 40 Teachable

You start the trial with 3 tokens. When you miss a skill check, a token is consumed, converted to a great skill check and you gain 5% of the bar. The noise notification the killer will receive is now 1/2/3 generators within a 64-meter range of the survivor.

    I love this!

For cosmetics, how about different wolf breeds and colorations such as the Timber wolf, Dire Wolf, and Maned Wolf? Maybe he can have unlockable forms (like how you can unlock Leatherface's masks) so there can be a hairy human one, a classic wolf man one, and the anthropomorphic one for everyone to enjoy.

As for Wanda, vampire garb sounds appropriate for an alternate outfit. Bonus points if it pokes fun at Twilight.
