If you're running a Mori I'd recommend BBQ over NOED just cause you're less likely to get to endgame and it'll mitigate the BP loss from Kills over Sacrifices

My equivalent of this is Ruin, Megabling Nurse with The Game map offering.
I have been running this everytime I see more than 1 toolbox in the lobby.

Ruin makes people search for totems though. You'll be a lot less likely to have a dull one still standing at end game.

Oh yeah, my equivalent is not quite as 'toxic' but still disgustingly overpowered.
Spirit:
A Nurses calling, Surveillance, Thanatophobia, and STBFL.
Healing takes 37.12 with Thanatophobia. STBFL and Surveillance let me injure people and down them QUICK. A Nurses calling lets me pressure healing. Surveillance lets me pressure gens and prevent the rush.
All of them combine to create an unbeatable build. Which is made worse with me using Yakuyoke Amulet and Wakizashi Saya.
Unbeatable, unloopable and short chases. No way they'll win.

I can imagine something more along the lines of

logic being that they were going to be dead on next hook, so that'd make it more "fair"
