Bringing killers in line with balance.

As the title states i have some ideas to bring all killers in line with the most recent killer changes to ensure the most fun for both sides.

trapper- no changes

Freddy- no changes-epitome of balance

hag- reduced trap count to 3 to ensure she cant be everywhere at once and cant defend 5 seperate totems. added fatigue of 3 seconds after teleporting to a trap.

nurse- reduces maximum blinks to 1 also increase fatigue to 5 seconds, removed ability to attack after blinking. to make sure she is still viable increased her move speed to 4.6mps.

Hillbilly- reduced chainsaw sprint speed to 5.1mps. added cooldown of 20 seconds between chainsaw sprints, increased charge time to 5 seconds. this change is to ensure the hillbilly can still down and be mobile but remove the chance of unfair downs.

Spirit- removed ability to see scratch marks while in phase. added fatigue of 3 seconds after phase. removed ability to attack after phase. this change is to allow survivors to get some distance after encountering the spirit so she cant unfairly grab survivors from gens or get free attacks.

Wraith- added fatigue of 3 seconds after uncloaking, removed uncloak speed boost. increased cloaked speed to 8mps to compensate.

these are all the changes that should be made to bring all killers inline with all future balance changes so survivors wont feel cheated out of the looping play style they enjoy and so killers can embrace the fun chases of this said play style. thankyou for your playing of the game and we will be sure to see you in the fog.
