5s Decreased Gate Time Is Nuts
Gates open so incredibly quickly now, I am forced to slug near the handle if I want any chance.
I can't even take someone to hook and chainsaw back as billy before they open it. I used to atleast catch the doors opening. Now they even have time to teabag.
Pretty crazy decision.

As above, the time wasn't changed, after testing on the ptb they decided to keep it at 20s.

I've seen a lot more people using Wake Up! And I myself have combined it with Spine Chill. With the killer looking at you that's about 16 seconds. Maybe that's why the gates are opening quickly.

The PTB patch notes stated 15 seconds. The live build didn't mention about the gates so I assumed they took it out. Apparently, this topic should be null and void.

It seems people will complain about something that they think is added for the sake of complaining this is why the forums don't get taken seriously by the devs.

No you don’t. You just need to practice playing the killers you want to be good with. It just takes time to learn how to be skilled with more than one killer. You’ll get there

A bigger issue is how the gates spawn right next to each other on the map during the end game, so closing the hatch as the killer essentially means you won. All you have to do is patrol both gates which are at a arms length from each other and the survivor can't do anything.
