Disable crouch action inside the exit gates?

I could see the Devs messing it up to make a bug where you could never crouch. It can also be used to 'talk' to other survivors. It can also be used to say 'thank you' when someone shows you mercy.

Dang, if only there was something you could do as a killer to make them stop teabagging at the gate. Maybe something like violently assaulting them with a weapon until they die or leave. But alas, what can possibly be done?

Just go towards them and they'll leave -- no reason to remove a key feature of the game just because you think it's toxic.
Why not remove the ability to look up and down, to prevent killers from nodding at survivors when they're hooked? Just as toxic as t-bagging imo.
