Increase sensibility for controllers for consoles

A simple fix that take no time to make, This is mostly to allow us consoles player to do like PC. Do quick turn to mind game and turn around while blinking while in chase with the nurse.

@Peanits @not_Queen Is that possible.

    I wouldn't mind that, Nurse would really benefit from this.

    Many people have been asking for this for a long time. It won't happen. I've lost all hope of the devs giving console killers love when it comes to 360's.

    Well i guess there is not enough demand. Devs want to allow crossplay but not increase a simple thing as sensibility for controller.
