Where can i send a form to report a player that threatened me?
i don't know if here is the right place to do that. sorry if don't. but i'd like do report a player that threatened kill me and said "i hope someone kill your mother". I know its just a bad loser complaining, but i dont think this kind of comment is right.

Reporting in game is enough as they have the chat logs, I'd remove the screenshots and the person's name as it's against the forum rules of naming and shaming and can lead to you being banned from here.

You can also use this to send an additional report. Mention that you reported them in-game as well.
