I know, I know it is difficult or impossible to have jason voorhees in dbd but I have had this doubt in my mind for a long time
would Jason or Pamela be the killer?
the same for the survivor, would that final girl of part one or would it be tommy jarvis?
What do guys and girls say about the forum?

Not only that we also got one of his inspirations Michael Myers too. I don't think even after the lawsuit, Jason or Pamela would appear.
I'm still surprised Ash made it to the game. Honestly I really don't think this game needs Jason. Besides he already has his own game with some similarities.

I'd say once the lawsuit dies down, and the Friday the 13th Game finally dies out (Cause it is dying..) Then DbD might have a chance to add a "Jason" character and/or Skin for the Trapper.
