Since it's wishlist,
I wish that they buff legion's frenzy speed to 130 from current 125.
I wish that they buff legion's vaulting speed by 10-15%. (Nerf was was 25% I believe)
I wish for legion's add-ons to have rework.
Especially purple ones and pins.

His speed in frenzy is alright... vaulting speed maybe, but not directly, maybe some addons.
And when it comes to pins... the strongest one is probably this one that applies broken status effect... the thing is... you don't heal when facing a good legion, just like you don't cleanse yourself against the plague.

Apples to oranges.
Lowering their base movement speed without making their power useful would grind them even further down. Which the suggestions here would not do, since it's not asking for allowing The Legion to knock down the timer again. Please think about that next time.
