Killer Perk Buffs

1) Bloody Butcher and Bloodhound will be a combined perk that grants the ability to see pools of blood at a brighter color for 15/25/35% longer and survivors leave blood puddles 40/50/60% more often. Survivors on the ground also bleed out 5/10/15% faster
(They are both goid tracking perks but are not good enough to be separate)

2) Hex: Huntress Lullaby is no longer a hex perk. To balance this, each stage of additional missed skillcheck regression will be nerfed by 1%
(This perk is not good enough to be a hex)

3) Brutal strength will have a passive, the same as before, and an active component. Every 55/45/35 seconds, break a pallet at 250% speed.
(I want this to be comparable to dead hard, where they get a free dodge every minute or so. Killers should have the same option for pallets atleast)

4) Beast Of Prey will also slightly increase your lunge as a passive and moderately increase your lunge while active.
(Buff BOP so people will want to run it)

5) Bloodwarden will last for 15 seconds longer and will only start the timer for blocking the gates when a survivor attempts to exit. Also, if the exit gates are powered but no open, hooking a survivor will instead block the exit gate lever for the same amount of time
(Fix the perks too situational downfalls)

6) Knock Out will only allow survivirs to recover by themself to 50% as well as keeping the pervious affects
(I want this to be a slugging perk like no other)

7) Overcharge has values increased by 2%. Also deal an instant 4/6/8% regression to generators
(I want this perk to be closer in power to ruin)

8) Play With Your Food will no longer lose tokens on offensive actions and will also decrease successful and missed attack cooldown by 5/6/7% per token
(Im sorry, but you better give me a damn good reason to purposefuly let a survivor get away)

9) Predator is more of a qol than a buff, but scratchmarks will start yellow and turn orange, then red as they get older
(Can be used for better directional tracking)

10) Stridor will be buffed to that survivors who spend atleast 25/20/15 seconds in your terror radius will be reveiled to you
(Stridor is lacking in tracking power)

    then just make it that hex ruin locks every gen on the map and you can't complete it

    Bloody Butcher and Bloodhound are already being looked at

    Huntress Lullaby is fine (works especially well with the Doc), it's just hexes are generally too easy to find. Fix that and all hex perks will see more use.

    Brutal Strength is also fine. Loops just need more work in general, that's a current work in progress by the devs last I heard.

    Beast of Prey just needs to be active as long as Bloodlust is active and it will be a viable perk.

    Bloodwarden should just be in effect as long as somebody is on a hook, period.

    Knock Out is fine as it is.

    Overcharge is fine as it is. It works especially well when paired with Pop Goes The Weasel.

    Predator is already being changed - it's going to narrow the spread of the scratch-marks while increasing their density to make the path easier to follow.

    Stridor - haven't used it in awhile, so I have no opinion of it.

    Even after the upcoming changes, there will be a few perks that are still pretty much just wasted space on the Bloodweb. I'm wondering what could be done to dud perks like Spies From the Shadows or Surveillance to make them worth running.

    Obvious option for Surveillance would be "The last 1/2/3 regressing generators auras are marked in white."
