Yellow Perks
Purple perks are everywhere....
Some are even green....
But of all many perks to choose from....
Yellow is rarely seen.
What yellow perks do you ever use? Which ones are “worth it”? What other perk do you usually give up in order to use your favorite yellow one?

I use custom icons, I have everything as ultra rare

The thing is all tier 3 perks are either green or purple, so you're rarely going to see yellow ones.

Sloppy Butcher and Discordance are solid perks that can be used even at yellow rarity. Even Discordance is slightly better the lower its tier.
Pharmacy is effective at any tier as well, considering you want it for the medkit.
