Who is your favorite killer?
Hi everyone I was very curious to hear some of your favorite killers. Honestly this is one of those questions I have to answer it in two ways. My first answer will be my favorite killer they created hands down. My second answer will only apply to the licensed killers. I felt doing it that way I'm being fair. I'm not trying to cheat the question itself by doing it this way.
- The Clown
- The Nightmare
The Clown is a killer I knew I was really going to love. I am a huge fan of killer clown movies. I love how he can be offensive as well as defensive better than most killers. Some of his outfits are very well done in my opinion especially his Carnie Claws costume. He isn't too op or below what would be challenging to survivors.
Hell I am going to say it now I actually think he is the most balanced killer in the game. His add ons does give him more of a fighting chance but at the same time survivors can adept to it too. The Clown gets some interesting blades to use. Although his mori is one of the strangest kills I ever seen in a video game.
The Nightmare aka Freddy always has been my favorite slasher. I know he was directly taken from 2010 film. I felt this worked more than the actual movie did. Sure it can take awhile to master him with most of the fan base disliking him. Thus making his Adept Killer achievement more difficult than it needs to be. Freddy does have the potential of being the scariest among all the killers.
Freddy also gets some great add ons but it really depends on some things not in your control. After all, he can't do much to survivors unless they're asleep. I do think he does have one of the better perk selections among the killers. Same with The Clown in that regard honestly. It is so satisfying to start chasing people as Freddy.

To clarify if Freddy wasn't in the game then my answer for that one had to be Michael Myers. Obviously one of the biggest slashers of all time. The very guy who inspired Jason Voorhees. Not only that two of his movie's songs are in the game too. I also do prefer his map over Freddy's.
The big problem I have with Myers is some of his add ons makes him more op than Jason in his own game. So I felt he can be a challenge to play as, you can quickly own them right back. Michael is hands down one of the most unbalanced killers in the game. But at least he looks & acts more like his respective character than some licensed killers.

I never experience sound glitches. I have seen AWFUL sound glitches on PC but I play on console so I don’t know if that has something to do with it.

My favorite non-licensed killer is definitely the Trapper. It's a really fun mechanic, but is far weaker than it should be. I personally feel like his base kit should include 2 traps and all traps start set at the start of the match. Having to spend the first half of the match just setting up traps really hurts his effectiveness.
As for licensed, that goes to Nightmare. The Dreamworld has really great ambiance, and hearing the lullaby before you enter is a nice touch. I'm really looking forward to the rework, since even in his current state I enjoy playing him quite a bit.

I love them all, beside the Huntress and Legion. If i really have to go for specific, its the Trapper...
oh wait, no its Nurse.. hm or maybe Spirit... i also love bubby... man... pig is also awesome. Okay, i stilck with Michael... or Doctor. Naah I gotta be the Wraith 100%.. right after Freddy and Billy. Nea is decent too..

I love using the pig, she’s fun to play as and it’s really satisfying when you can use your crouch to pull someone off the generator or using the ambush attack to hit someone in a pallet loop, however the sad thing is that sometimes she can be really weak and underwhelming in lower ranks

list is in no particular order but each killer for a different reason.
- Freddy since his power helps with tracking. Being able to keep an eye on multiple survivors lets you be able to "juggle" really effectly. Abruptly stopping chase with 1 survivor to reach out and hit another who thought they were safe... Love it
- Myers cuz his addons can completely change how he plays, its like getting multiple killers in 1
- Huntress, because I can do fairly well without relying on addons
- Clown, because I never realized how fun STBFL was until i tried it on him and was able to get that 2nd hit in so quickly after the first. His power forces survivors to endup using pallets alot faster than they normally would, which results in fast downs toward the end with no pallets and 8 stacks of STBFL.
- Legion for pretty much the same reason as Freddy, Im able to jump between targets quickly and keep an eye on where ppl are at while doing damage to the whole team.
- Bubba (Cannible), for when I wanna just relax and screw around some without really worrying about getting kills. Since his addons are mostly useless, I dont really have to worry too much about replacing "good" ones. Should also note that I dont do the insidious camping meme build or anything like that, but I dont mind chainsawing ppl who hook rush.

My favorite Killers:
- 🐷 Pig because she's a very expressive killer. Her ability to crouch and nod like crazy is so funny to me. Her ability may not be much but still very fun to sneak around and catch survivors off guard. 🐷
- Trapper is so fun because you feel like a master mind when everything goes according to plan. The satisfying snap of a survivor's ankles and the amount of loops you can close off is amazing.
- Doctor is a very casual killer to play as (at least for me). I love shocking survivors and preventing them from dropping pallets or vaulting windows. The new plauge doctor outfit is amazing too!
- Nurse is fun even on Ps4. I really like the challenge of her power and I'm really hoping she gets an add on rework because 5 blinks is stupid.

Dbd original: Hag, I love the variety to her addons and how you can change up her builds, her short height and dark colours make her a nightmare with certain builds and maps.
Licensed: I feel obliged to say Myers, he’s a main for a reason but Freddy would be a super incredibly close 2nd he’s extremely fun to play to me, I love the juggling and the control, the anticipation of trapping them in the dream world then his mind game potential is crazy with his height, aura reading and the dreamworld in general, throw some H:DH and blood warden and/or class photo in there and it’s beautiful.

- Spirit (I main her)
- Hag (I also main her and have fun with her)
- Wraith (Don't main him anymore but love sneaking around, getting the first hit and scaring teams)
- Michael Myers (Just fun)
- Last is Huntress (I barely ever play her, but she's a lot of fun)

Huntress is definitely a rewarding killer to play. I love her snowball effect, I’m just bad at playing her. Although I do play on console so it isn’t as easy as PC.
She is very map reliant. Any map that isn’t MacMillan or Autohavem sucks for her. Coldwind and Yamaoka have corn and bamboo in that easily break her line of sight. Strode house and Springwood are not good for ANY killer. Ormond has invisible walls inside the main place and it is all round and pretty bad killer map. Red Forest is MASSIVE and Huntress has no map pressure. The Game has 20 safe pallets. Do I even need to explain Lery’s?Swamp is the only other map that isn’t completely bad for her.

Huntress because she’s fun and skill-based. It felt like such a challenge getting decent at playing her.
Michael Myers is probs my strongest killer, I always clean up when I play him. I like how stealthy but also intense and aggressive his playstyle can be. (Also, he is bae <3)
I used to be a survivor main, and Demogorgon actually got me into playing killer. I play him a lot less now but he’s also great. I’d love to have a proper go at some others toooo

- Demogorgon all the way. Such a fun killer to play as and against.
- Legion, has one of the best stalls in the game. I personally enjoy playing as them despite the fact they sometimes feel underwhelming.
- Ghost face, can end chases so damn fast.
