Thrilling Tremors new slugging meta
Thrilling Tremors + Infectious Fright + Nurse's Calling + Sloppy Butcher
When you down a survivor you will be able to see where other survivors are either nearby with IF or at a distance with TT. Nurse's Calling/Sloppy Butcher help you to keep people slugged.
Could also use Deerstalker or Knockout instead of SB.

What was the time for Thrilling Tremors again?

16 seconds. The devs believe this will be a perk to slow the game but the thing is, if survivors aren't working on these gens it actually work make a difference. The value in the perk is to see which gens are being worked on when you down someone.

If you interrupt/down a SV any gens that has no SV working on will be blocked for 16sec and will have a white aura. So any gen that isn't white, has a SV working on

16 seconds?!?! With grabs being wonky?
This feels like old Surveillance, plus this perk is already useless on all 32 Terror Radius killers and The Huntress, because there's no way in hell they'll grab someone out for a gen, unless the survivors are braindead.

Did he not include the stipulation that you have to actually interupt a survivors working on a gen to activate it? Meaning not just down a survivor anywhere.

No it's not just grabs. They showed grabs in the stream but if you listen to what he say he says "downing or grabbing survivors". I'm pretty sure he said that, I will go back in a moment and find the time stamp.

@thesuicidefox that makes more sense, almost believed that they were going to bring old Surveillance back, but it still kinda gimmicky.

That's not what I was implying. I meant they have to be actually working on the gen when you grab or hit them.

Actually we are both wrong.
It's when you pick up a downed survivor or grab a survivor. So it would still be great for slugging, if you want to see what gens are being worked on you would just pick up the survivor, look around for a second, then drop them. Since you are slugging, this survivor will likely get saved anyway at some point meaning the extra wiggle bar progress should be moot if you are on top of keeping them slugged.

Interesting. We were wrong.
I don't really think it works for a slugging build though imo.
I actually like this perk a lot. I just don 't think it needs a cooldown and the duration of the block needs to be 30 seconds.
If it had those changes I think this would make the meta. At least worth trying on the PTB anyway.

The blocking makes no difference though, since it's only generators not being worked on. This effect would only help in specific circumstances where a survivor had just finished a gen and went looking for another. But as I see it, 90% of the time it will only be useful in tracking which gens are being worked on.
And it would work for a slugging build as you would only use it if necessary. The moment you slug someone, IF would reveal anyone nearby. If no one is revealed, you can check nearby gens for other survivors. If you still can't find anyone, pick up the survivor and see what gens are being done, then slug them again and go after the next target. Think of it like BBQ without the need to hook.

Another thing... What if..
No survivors are working on a Gen..?
I know a Ultra rare occurrence..
But think about it..
3 Survivors are waiting for the killer to do their rounds of patrolling Gens near your location.
1 Survivor gets found by that generator you all are waiting for the killer to leave.
That survivor gets downed and picked up..
Now you all are stuck not being able to do any objective except saving that hooked survivor for 16 seconds.
That means all Generators would be blocked for 16 seconds.
Would this not classify this perk to be overpowered or broken..?
I don't know I haven't played Ghostface or had his perk.
But, in the PTB it could make people believe it to be too overpowered and game breaking..
What do you all think..?

@Micheal_Myers If no survivors are on gens then they are bad survivors honestly. I don't see anything OP about blocking all the gens if they aren't doing what they should be doing. On top of that, it's only 16 seconds which is relatively short, so in this case it would actually help to slow down the game as opposed to being a tracking perk. But I don't think it would happen in a high ranked game unless it's like 1 gen left to do or something.

But here's a thing this is the beginning of the match in my scenario. Plus, even if you did do a gen and the killer leaves that survivor slugged then when you all might be trying to save the slugged survivor he picks them up... you all now have to wait 16 seconds for every gen (even if it was previously at 50% progression) to stop being blocked. How I know this is because in the clip with meg it automatically blocks the generator even tho she was still working on it. So even if you step off the gen even for 3 Seconds to break a totem (Ruin) and if everyone else is looking for the "Ruin Totem" if a survivor gets slugged and all the gens get blocked that could literally break the game.
Also with endgame with only 1 Gen left and you are trying to get to the gens it could be problematic and all survivors could literally get slugged and hooked.

This perk is going to be interesting on New Freddy with his ability to teleport to gens, he can simply choose the gens that are being worked on and go from there.
Imagine pairing that with pop goes the weasel to instantly regress the gen that they've been working on.
The teleport warning is kind of lame, but the setup could be very powerful for slowing gen progression.

Yeah to me this makes PGTW an auto pick for him. He'll be able to utilize it fully. I also think this is gonna make BBQ great. You'll know where to teleport to find the survivors and that will also be the gen to kick most likely.
This all really depends what kind of cd they are putting on his teleport though. Idk if we're looking at 15 seconds or 60. Changes a lot.

By the way they presented it i thought it only worked when you interrupt them on the gen.

I'm glad this is getting around :D this perk makes me really excited. I can already see it being one of those perks that every Killer uses, it's been a while since we got another one of those.
Corrupt Intervention and Thrilling Tremors will go together perfectly, if you down someone in the beginning then whatever of the 4 available Gens there are will be revealed to you and because of Corrupt Intervention it will most likely be really close. If you're Freddy you'll just teleport there and scare everyone off but at least you'll have the upper hand.
I'll be running Sloppy butcher with these perks but I'm not sure what my 4th perk will be, maybe Remember Me for the gate timer or Devour Hope for fun.
