They said June 18th and they still haven't changed the date on the news section.
So I'm pretty sure he's still going to drop then, unless they tell us that they are changing the date.

It will come out today or Monday if one does come out. It’s rare to see major changes on a weekend.

@bgbomb It hasn't been said if they'll update him in the PTB, they didn't do this for any other Killer including Legion.
So expect the changes to come when he released on the 18th, as its never happened where they do live changes in the PTB since its pointless to be honest.

They said in the livestream that they don't think the updated ghostface will make it to PTB so June 18th will be when we can test these changes. I just hope they're decent enough because right now I don't see the point in buying such a weak killer with terrible perks.

The point is to test their "product" before its released to iron out any bugs, it just so happens that this one PTB had a Killer that was borderline unplayable when it came to his power so...
It was just bad luck, with so much hype for the Killer the PTB was really disappointing...But I never hyped myself up in the first place so.

That's pretty bad. What's the point of using the PTB to test Ghostface if the only feedback regarding Ghostface we're allowed to give back is pointing out how obviously, obviously, OBVIOUSLY flawed he is?

PTB is more for bugs and small issues to be fixed before going to live. They test in studio before going to PTB so this version of ghostface is what they intended and thought was perfectly fine to add to the game as is, It's shocking i know.
They really need more experienced players to give feedback before they go ahead and make a broken perk like MoM or a useless killer like ghostface, Any average player could've told them that neither were good for the game one being too OP and the other being mind blowingly UP.
