Hillbilly bug giving easy downs?

This URL leads to a saved video from my gameplay against a hillbilly. At 8:20-9 minutes you will see me getting hit from across the barn at cold wind. You can see the glitch after he goes to pick me up. Can this get fixed?? The player says it happens to him when he goes against hillbilly as well.

    Looks like a lag switch to me, rather than a glitch. Dedicated servers will fix it.

    That isn't a lag switch. It's happened to me. It's a problem with Peer-2-Peer (P2P) connections. It's Host To Peer de-synchronization. Somewhere in the match, you lost synchronization with the killer so for the killer, he sees you in front of him but on your side, you're far away from him. It can happen if your ping to the killer is over 170 and you do a rushed action (sprint burst), the killer doesn't see that action happen. To him, you're just standing still. Dedicated Servers will fix this but for now, try to avoid ping over 150.
