Like, where exactly is the line? Something like spirit "base cosmectic" is alright? Or to much nudity for the contest?

Basically the same as nudity in real life. If you couldn't wear it in public, it probably counts as nudity. Using the existing cosmetics as a baseline is a good way to tell.
To give another example, if you couldn't film it and put it on TV without having a nudity disclaimer play before the show, it would be considered nudity.
Or if it would be really embarrassing to wear in front of your mother, it's probably not okay.

@Peanits you obviously don't know the nude beaches of Europe. Whole families go there. No piece of clothing covering anything. No embarrassment in front of the parents.
Oh and the nudity advice disclaimer is only necessary in NA. We don't have pixelated nipples in Europe.

Well then I guess it's a good thing the company is based IN North America. So for the sake of legality they have to follow NA laws.

He didnt. It was a third random example to help those who cant use context figure out a baseline. Not the legal min/max allowable.
He stated if you cant wear in public (their base in NA) it's probably nude.
You could use context, comprehension, and a little common sense to know he meant based on the laws or rules followed in the location he or the company is.
You wanted to nit pick about legality in a DIFFERENT country.
So I assumed you had no knowledge of geography. As EU and NA are in complete different locations, but you're acting like the laws are for the same area.
Dont try and change arguments up mid way through again hon. It looks about as good as your feedback while "not playing".

For ratings in the US, M means you can haz upper body but no nether regions. I blame Duke Nukem and God of War for me knowing that.

@Redd Watch Dogs 2 had upper and lower body nudity male and female.
GTA5 had upper female nudity and lower male nudity.
It's all allowed. Even nude sex scenes are allowed as long as penetration isn't shown. See Witcher 3, Mass Effect, Dragon Age for example.
The issue with this is DbD doesn't have a nudity disclaimer on its box right @Peanits ?
Nudity is M rated content but DbD when getting rated didn't go for that bit on their rating

Crazy stuff, but I think as long as it doesn't show too much cleavage, I think it's okay. However, I don't know the line because of Hag and Spirit.

I live in NA and you're allowed to be COMPLETELY nude in some cities as long as you aren't visibly aroused. Bringing laws up, you can definitely argue what is legally appropriate. Growing up in Oregon, you can be naked in a LOT of places and it's fine as long as you aren't harassing people. On top of this state being pretty supportive of a nudist lifestyle, there are many cities in the US that allow full on nudity. It's not a NA thing.
As far as Canada is concerned(as well as Mexico), I can't speak for the major cities or the beaches, but nudity in that country is pretty explicitly not okay in most any form from what I understand.

@NMCKE we have nudist camping areas around here. Inside that camping area you can go fully naked with the exception of the service area like the restaurant. No age restrictions at all. Though, people usually don't go around while being sexually aroused.
