entity blocker bug

There is currently a bug where you get an entity blocker on a window after a single vault and it's literally game breaking a lot of times. Also there is another one where you don't get one.

    The Entity blocks the window when it's vaulted by a Survivor 3 times in a single chase. When the chase is lost, window "uses" reset. Vault locations can be also blocked by the Killer if they have Bamboozle perk. Are you sure none of those situations took place?

    Yes, never got chased in the round vaulted a single time blocked, no Bamboozle

    Yeah. There are problems with entity window blocks. Windows blocking up but the survivor can still jump through, and one where you attempt to vault a window and it will instantly block, leaving you on the side you tried to vault from.
