Question: how come Survivors don't get daily rituals like Killers?

There are daily rituals for survivors too, if that's what you mean.

The daily rituals are set up to make you play both sides. If you exclusively play Survivor, more killer dailies will show up.

They are random. You are just unlucky.
Right now there is a rite daily for each killer, the chase/sacrifice/mori dailies for each killer, the reconstruction ritual for survivors, the exitgate/escape/chase/unhook dailies for each survivor, the relic veneration ritual for survivors, the initiation ritual for survivors, and the rite of ruin ritual for survivors.

I have survivors getting other survivors killed by their own hand everyday!

There's no reason for that and maybe your game is bugged.
In my case, I get survivor rituals maybe once or twice a week only, but still.

That's silly. If you don't want to play a particular side they shouldn't try to force you to.

Well for a long time I never found any Survivor Rituals, so I thought it's only for killers; since then I stopped taking a look at the rituals, but instead close the tab.
Maybe I should start looking at them again.

Even if that was true (which I´m almost sure it isn't) you still have the trash can icon.
I delete all those "open an exit gate with - survivor -"

Then it is not working as intended. I only play Killer, and a vast majority of my Daily Rituals are for various Killers. I might get two, maybe three, survivor dailies in a week.

If you don’t complete the daily and don’t close it, it will stay on your list forever. Nothing will replace it, as long as it is on the list.

I just realized that the rituals don't rotate automatically, but I have to replace/complete them to get new ones.
I haven't deleted a single ritual since day 1 :/
