Best perk for survivors. And you can use it in all games, it's not occasional like others

Spine Chill is a good perk that gives you a lot if good info that can even save your life. Compare to Premonition, it's god tier perk. Seriously, Premonition should get rework.

Premonition has a good combo with spine chill, spine chill procs run with lightweight looking around if premonition procs duck and go away from that direction, the one with the killer.

Spine Chill doesn't tell you where the killer is coming from. Premonition does (hence its cooldown). I prefer Premonition.

I use Premonition more often for it's direction, but I wish it had a thing like Spine Chill where as long as it is active, you get increased action speed. Premonition has helped save my life as stealth Claudette and Nea! Premonition should be maybe some sort of token system like Stake Out.

Honestly I always carry spine chill with me no matter what ^^

Spine chill is strong because you know when killers try to double back sometimes.

Spine chill also does wonders against the top tier killers. Easy detection against Spirit and juking. Nurse is also easier to juke. Hag for when she is coming to you, she's not too bad countered by spine chill, but still it's effective. Billy, you can know when he's chainsawing to you since his saw is weirdly quiet nowadays.

There is no reason to run spine chill when object exists. I always run object and it just gives you way more information.

I don't like it myself, knowing where the killer is isn't usually that hard to figure out, you hear them before they're on you anyway.

Spine Chill or Resilience, Iron Will, Quick and Quiet and Dead Hard.

This build has saved my life countless times.

What do you mean? It's commonly considered a top tier perk.

Many still think it is not a good perk and not meta. A counter on Basically every killer!

It really is underrated. It has so many uses against any killer and makes it really hard for the killer to get the drop on you.

I feel bad for a lot of the Ghostfaces I played against. Spine Chill is part of my normal build, I did not equip it just for GF. I almost want to take it off for a few games just to get a "true" GF experience.

It is also in my normal kit but more people seem to be using it since Father Death came out.
