Why cant i play killer

Every time i try to play killer it takes forever to load so most of the survivors end up leaving so i cant play a normal match then there is also the killer challenges which i wont be able to do so i cant do the challenges most of the time

Depends what rank you are and what time of the day you're playing.
I have no problems and it takes less than a minute to find all 4 survivors.

You may have an issue with NAT being to restrictive. If you're at NAT 2 or NAT 3 you won't be able to play connect to much of anything or anyone. Try resetting your modem and router then trying to start a game.
Also what Country are you in?

i am in a part of mexico right next to texas and the router solution does not work for me
