@indieeden7 Tells you were the obsession is immediately so you can go right to them and mori off hook for dying light.
Its purpose is to immediately give you the obsession location.

It's sad that people do this on purpose cause they want everyone to get the least amount of points, it's kinda pathetic.
I've seen 4-5 campers so far during the event.
