Will the devs cancel The Ghost Face hotfix?
It's kinda crazy that they're actually considering this when so many love the current Ghost.
Everyone is complaining, the hotfix announcement was downvoted to oblivion. Will they listen? 🤔

What pisses me off the most is that they had the audacity to make a poll about Ghost Face changes and completely ignored the overwhelming majority that liked him as is.

Just in case, dont put too much faith in the same ppl that butchered Legion, we are still waiting for a few changes, but we have a little bit of faith that we get them.

Personally l am probably the only person will say this they are waiting to see how well sales do on the ghost face.
If sales do not reach what they would consider to be worth it or covering costs of what they paid for the license plus extra on top then i would say a hot fix will be applied to boost sales. BUT thiss will to boost sales and will probably be changed later.
I have not purchased the ghost face as i was hugely dispointed by the plague and legion so have no idea how he plays.
Played against him and it was a very easy game so yeah.

Can someone explain why these changes are bad? It's just a slightly bigger detection range and a few add on changes. I don't see anything wrong with that :P

I doubt they will cancel it but i deep down i pray that it doesn't make it to live, they have no business planning nerfs that early.
The stalk "fix" is the biggest issue to me, he kinda need it at high rank in BS maps that have pallets at every corner, without that he can't actually use his stalk to help him and it's stupid as hell.

Ghostface is broken right now due to infinite stalk on marked survivors, and that needs to go

Yeah I don't agree with the infinite stalk thing.
A good Survivor can keep Myers off of him for his entire EW3 duration, and that amount of time is LESS than what Ghostface gets.
Infinite one shot sounds intensely frustrating to deal with, mostly because even if you take him out of his Night Shroud, he will get it back before his oneshot runs out.
You know I'm normally in favor of Killers, but allowing GF to have an INFINITE option with 0 kind of addons is pretty dumb.
I would like to see this made a pink addon for him though.

I don't really see a reason to change his marked refreshing.
It gets completely countered by loops. Even with semi "infinite" refreshing would you really be going down faster than say a Spirit? I don't think so. If it wouldn't be downing people faster than Spirit it seems fine.

The only voice we have in this , is to not purchase the DLC. BHVR only looks at hard numbers. And by purchasing it even though they have listed an upcoming hotfix to nerf the killer, you are telling them its ok we want the nerf.
Because they told you ahead of time, but you still bought it.

He needs other aspects to make him a more viable Killer. This is not one of them. And I've faced a few Spirit players. I don't really have issues with Spirit. I don't have any issues with any Killers in this game, aside from the ones that are easy to win against.

That is not what I'm saying.
He still has to keep stopping chase AFTER a cooldown to refresh it. Not to mention it isn't EW3 Myers because he has to keep getting the cooldown back up and restalking each survivor. It isn't at all the same as permanent EW3. There are still much more limitations on this that prevent it from being called a permanent EW3.
I agree he needs more to be viable but I haven't heard a good reason he shouldn't have the ability to refresh the Marked status.

@weirdkid5 What, he can only OS 1 person at time in most scenarios, it's nothing compared to actual Evil 3 wich gives the ability to OS everyone, an extended lunge and faster vaulting.
That's why Ghostface being able to refresh his marks is neat, he doesn't have all the advantages Myers get from lvl3 and why it should stay.
