GENERAL bALANCE
Gameplay:
- Removed No one escapes from death, now, is a passive that all killers have, when the exit gates are powered and the five totems don't cleaned, this passive will active. However, the killer will not have speed boost, only have a exposed status effect on all survivor, and will be warned to the survivors when it activated, not after the first hit.
- Removed Toolboxes and his addons from bloodweb, now there are five toolboxes scattered around the map, the killer can't read his aura. The toolboxes don't do generators faster and are required for doing generators, his chargues are unlimited, and you will lose the toolbox if you die or survive, they are easy to find.
- Exhaust effect recovery 33% faster when you are crouching.
When these changes, we want to appease the genrush and survivors will have two more objectives for a more fun game experience.
Survivor perk changes:
- We are gonna live forever: Removed.
- We will make it: When you do a safe unhook, gain a token, per token you will get a 25% extra bloodpoints and 25% increased healing speed until a maximum of 2/3/4 tokens for 90 seconds.
- Autodidact: Increased bonus progression for a successful Skill Check while healing Survivors to +20% up from +15%
- Head on: Increased stun duration, 4 seconds up from 3 seconds.
- Object of Obsession: Now can't activated when the killers are in stealth mode
Killer perk changes:
- No one escapes from death:
- Hex: Ruin: Removed (Will be reworked)
- Hex: Thrill of the Hunt: Now, survivors don't have a cleansing speed reduction and the killer don't gain a notification in dull totems.
- Unrelenting: Increased to 30/40/50% up from 20/25/30%
- Coulrophobia: The effect will persist for 10 seconds if you are out of terror radius.
All deleted perks will be reworked
The Legion changes:
- Pallet vault duration: 0.9s instead 1.35s.
- Window vault duration: 0.9s instead 1.1s.
- Increased the duration of Feral Frenzy to 12 seconds, up from 10 seconds.
The legion can't hit the survivors efficiently cause they can do infinites with the current vault speed, now, the Legion will be more scary

The Pig changes:
- The loud roar will sound immediately after start the ambush and not before.
- Reverse Bear Trap timers expire in 120 seconds instead 150 seconds. If the survivor are hooked and his bear trap are actived, the timer will increase 30 seconds
Reverse bear trap is still not for kill, but with the decreased time, the survivors will feel more pressure and terror.
The Cannibal changes:
- Now, he can stop his chainsaw sprint with the right click, but not his penalty cause a failed hit.
- Sightly increased acceleration when use a bubba chainsaw.
BloodwEb Changes
- Removed toolboxes and his addons.
- Removed Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe.
- Removed Ebony Memento Mori.
- Common Add-ons now cost 2.000 bloodpoints instead 3.000
- Uncommon Add-ons now cost 2.500 instead 4.000
- Rare Add-ons now cost 3.000 instead 5.000
- Very Rare Add-ons now cost 7.000 instead 6.000
- Ultra Rare Add-ons now cost 10.000 instead 7.000
- In the level 30+ will appear 4 perks instead 2.
- Now, per each prestige level you have, all offerings will be lowered in 500 bloodpoints, in prestige 3, all offerings cost -1500 bloodpoints from the normal price, for example.
Map changes:
- All maps will be reduced in size

Now I think some of these changes are alright except for the part of removing perks, I think that perks should be reworked instead of outright being removed. Now I dont have any ideas for reworking such perks but that was just my thought. Aside from that, some of these changes would sound alright

Holy cow, Toolboxes removed? And people will be mad about perks removal O.o And mad about removal of WGLF, removing perk from David. Hex: Ruin has no reason to be removed. People will be mad about removal of Ebony Mori and Insta Heals.

Oh yes, when i said "removed" i want to say rework, since the original effect of the perk are removed.

Some of the changes I can get behind, the NOED one is not something that should ever make it into the game.
Making the game longer, and therefore better for the killer, while still rewarding them with insta downs at the end is insanely unbalanced.

I agree with you, however, some changes make sense & are required (looking at you, item bloodpoint reduction rates)
Honestly, these are some pretty good patch changes. I liked everything except for the perk removals/syringe/mori/toolbox removals.
The part I loved the most & could see coming to the game is lowering the prices of all add-ons & increasing the amount of perks per bloodweb. We really need to lessen the grind and there are multiple ideas for that: a trading system, cheaper items, smaller bloodwebs, etc. But overall, this was pretty good. :)
Btw, why 3.5.0? Why not 3.1.0 or something like that? I think 3.5.0 will be sometime around Chapter 15.

All 4 Survivors start the match already hooked in a 4 x 4 meter room with no doors and 8 Killers.

I dont know... the only thing i like out of this is the tool box thing and the exposed warning before hit... I play both sides

I read "NOED removed and thought it was another toxic "######### killers, they should sit in a corner and do what the survivors want" post, but no, this is an actual attempt at fixing some things wrong with the game.
Unfortunately, there are so many bugs in the game rn by the time we hit 3.5.0 we'd just be finishing fixing the bugs.
