Devs, what are you doing?
What the hell is going on lately, patch 3.0.0 is absolute jokes
With the abomination that is the Ghostface "Hotfix"
Several things are broken yet there's no word on them, i can list a few right now:
- Legion's mend addons are broke yet again
- Thanatophobia is also broken, slowing down action speeds, more than usual
- PWYF is broken so you don't lose stacks with offensive actions
- Wake up somehow allows survivors to do all actions 15% quicker (I don't know how you managed to mess this up)
Devs, stop focusing on trying to nerf killers like ghostface who mind you 88% of the community agree he's fine, instead focus on the shambles that are the bugs ruining the game. Ghostface is fine, the balance is not, sort out your ideas and get your priorities straight

It is bugged, you keep your speed and don't lose a stack when hitting the obsession, you maintain the full speed.

At the beginning of the video, that guy explains that PWYF is broken. At 6:25 : still 3 tokens after a hit ;)
Only work if you hit the obsession, it seems like that..

I'll tell you what the Devs are doing...
Not a lot.
If they fix it, they have to do it properly, as they would probably break something else that is unrelated to what they are fixing.
