I think spirit is better than nurse simply because nurse is much easier to juke.

Do you play against Nurses that are not rank 5-1? Nurses in these ranks are nearly impossible to juke or outrun. Most of those matches, all survivors die. Since Nurse blinks across the map, through objects and such...Even if it is a baby killer, it is good to get your guard up, at least from my experience. Spirit in my opinion is easier to counter. Run while she is in phase walk, run back to where you originally came from...Start walking away, not leaving scratch marks and avoid grass so she doesnt know where you are. Though it is tricky if you arent using iron will, she can hear your groans of pain.

I use to main Nurse and because of that I’ve learned her weaknesses.

@Karanyatsu always avoid LOS, try to be unpredictable, if she can’t see you then walk to cover, don’t run to corners, don’t loop her, basic stealth.

If you're juking around a Nurse consistently, she ain't a good Nurse lmao.

Nurse is still supreme. If you predict correctly with Nurse, that's a hit. No other killer can do that.

It depends on the map and what add ons the Nurse is using. Even godly Nurses can be tripped up by competent survivors.
