Lost all progress!! Need HELP!

I had a level 47 David King, level 15 The Wraith, and a level 6 The Clown. They all went back down to level 1’s. It let me keep my Iridescent Shards but took all perks, add-ons, offerings, items, and bloodpoints with not refund. I noticed the day before it happened that I could not see the any auras as the killer and survivor. I went on the next day that they had all went down to level 1’s. I had tried restarting the game and redownloading it and still nothing. I have tried sending other tickets and it said to verify through the email and it had never sent me a verification email.

    I assume u restarted DbD again and it's still lost right?

    What exactly u have done previously? U had a hardcrash of DbD in your previous session or something?

    I had noticed the auras not popping up the day before and I restarted it. They still hadn’t been popping up so I quit playing that day. The next day I got the new killer update (Ghost Face or whatever) and it erased everything. All I have done is restart it and redownload it. I have not experienced a hard crash of any sort.

    I lost progress once. Emailed the team and they just gave my account a ton of BP to catch up again.

    https://support.deadbydaylight.com is the side you contact and you wait for them to respond to your ticket.
