Make “bloody” an accessory

With the addition of charm accessories coming soon it got me thinking.. I have had this game for a few months, and I still see no point in prestige cosmetics as they are the default attire and I have bought cosmetics I like MUCH more for all of my mains.
So, why not just make “bloody” and accessory you can equip to any clothing your character wears? Would there be any downside to this I’m not thinking of?

There’s no downsides, but the conversation has been brought up before and the devs have said that it would just take too much time off of their hands to create a bloodied design for every single piece of cosmetic released into the game.
