SWF solution.
SWF players can no longer gain BP, but they will earn it if they use BP offerings. This change will force swf players use Bloody Party Streamers (no plants offerings or escape cake, they won't be as profitable as BPS) and the Killer will recieve more BP for confrontation with swf.

There should be no punishment for wanting to play together with friends.
Instead, reward killers (and solo survivors) for playing together with SWFs.

The forums are hilarious today

I think punishing swf at least in BP is needed bcs swf breaks some game mechanics like Blindness or Knock Out and totems (if one found your precious Devour Hope or Ruin - it will be destroyed VERY soon).

Punishing people for playing with friends is not the answer. Rewarding the killer for playing with a SWF gang and making solo queuing less irritating is the way to go.

I see what you mean. But yes, solo survivor and killers need to be balanced to the level of SWF.

How about all the no?
Why should every other person who just wants to hang out with friends, get punished because of a few bully squads?
Should we punish all killers for the few that Mori spam by taking away all Mori's?
I'm 100% behind rewarding killers for playing against SWF, that's totally fair. But this whole idea of actively punishing people because they have friends they want to play with is just plain idiotic.
I play in a two, occasionally 3 man swf. We aren't a crack team of ninja's predicting a killers every move. We're a crack team of idiots giggling helplessly when one of us dead hard's into a wall and run's right into a trap. Or as @Sairek mentioned, teaching other people.
Stop trying to punish and start thinking up a solution that won't involve people going back to the old way of lobby hopping to be with their friends.

Probably the worst idea so far ? Maybe ?
Punish players for playing with friends, what can go wrong ?

Balance the game around mic communication with a set of rules that are only activated once SWF joins the match and the problem is solved.

What you're doing is fine, but in general the game just doesn't mesh well with the fact that it hasn't evolved on either side to handle SWF's inherent upscale in power. Solo survivors are less likely to be considered useful to a 2-3 stack swf unless they run perks that basically just help you keep up with them. For killers, the game becomes much more stressful and much less rewarding as a lot of that role works based on lack of consistent real time updates. When you have to deal with SWFs that are being very optimal and playing at a high skill level then you can see the cracks in the power role.
Another issue that crops up with SWFs is that currently there is no hard limiting to what the rank disparity can be between team members in an SWF. You're getting a decent amount of instances where purple and red ranks are stacking with lower ranks and as a result ends up playing against killers they have no business playing against. The separation in skill is so high that it often pushes people off of playing killer. We are supposed to be separated by ranks due to how much skill we have in the game, but when you can drop back by just SWF with low or mid level friends that's a problem.

Change and balance all perks to SWF ? Probably not going to happen as it would double the workload of the devs.
