Make Object of Obsession counter obsession perks.
The title states my point rather plainly. Right now it's used for call outs in a swf group, and to counter GF into DCing. And I want to state for the record, that I don't own GF. But he shouldn't be completely countered by a single perk on a single person.
So instead, OoO should counter Obsession perks somehow. The best guess I have is to make obsession perks change obsessions either randomly every so often, or after a Generator or Safe Unhook is performed. This would be stronger then it reads I think. Killers who run obsessions, figure out who it is quick. If it changes, it messes with the killers plan. If it changes enough it can make the perk unreliable.
Another Idea is for it to defend against becoming the Obsession. Maybe starting with 2 tokens. This would make it a counter to furtive chase, as well as defense against dying light. (aka being the poor person tunneled) The problem with this comes in when a whole group takes it. SOMEONE has to be the obsession.
The last (and best?) Idea is to have it provide a buff when you are the obsession. Something like Spine chill. That way only 1 person could have the buff at a time. Maybe have it only effect altruistic actions, and opening exit gates.

OoO is one of the most OP perks in the game on paper, it's only problem is you need to know how to survive a chase before it becomes extremely effective.

OoO needs no changing. Ghostface could use a small buff against it possibly, but OoO is in a perfect place, it requires skill to use.
Sure it can be used to do callouts to anyone in swf, but you have so many other perks that do the same thing, plus well swf would rather just tell each other where the killer is rather then waste a perfectly good gen rushing perk slot.
OoO is primarily a single survivor perk, and it does it's job well

Sorry but OoO is not comparable to any other aura reading perk. Those other perks you speak of that supposedly do the same thing have either a cooldown or a short window of time, not an infinite usage, and its heavily abused by swf. You mentioned it's usually for solo Survivors so can you imagine if it's in SWF? That means it's way stronger than it should be.

So looking at the killer requires skills? Ok

Whoosh

OoO is fine. The people saying GF shouldn't be invalidated by a single perk have probably never seen how useless Hag is against Urban Evasion

I think he is talking about what comes after when the killer can see you too. Also when to use it and when not to use it.

No.
Thank u next.

So just because a killer comes out we have to go straight for survivor's perks? mkay. No. Can y'all stop trying to descalp Laurie. Thank you. Wraith is countered by object but did the perk change? No. Vice versa w/ pig.

OoO is fine. If you can survive being chased by the killer all game then you deserve to know where he is.

Hey Killer Main try using OoO in every Survivor game you play from today until next week and tell us right here how far you get.

Actually pretty far, especially if you have at least one other person to play with.
