Anyone having this problem?
Hi,after GhostFace released i can’t play killer on my ps4 pro at all.However,i can play survivor with no problems at all.I don’t know if it’s my connection.The screen
just freezes right there and i wait until it sends me back there.

It's been many moons since I seen that first screen shot.
Did you restart the PS4?
If you're a rank 20-17 killer there's not many survivors in those ranks, you just got to keep trying. When you get to rank 15 it'll get better.

Keep trying that's all I can say. Rank 16 and so on should get better

Yeah i kept restarting it waiting 20 min to get into match and I’m rank 17 what if It keeps going? @I_am_Negan

Survivors are joining my lobby instantly.I still wait and then everyone disconnects and i keep waiting.I’m done with this game.

Uninstall and reinstall the application. The update probably bugged it. If nothing works, just contact support.

I have the game on cd and i won’t loss my progress? I’m kinda scared @Pike_Trickfoot

Ahhh. You have to download a part of the game despite it being a CD. I think the update is a part of that. If you do lose progress (because you shouldn't), immediately contact support. That's on their end and nothing else you can really do.

Now i need to wait 3 hours for something to update.I can enter the game even without doing this but better do it. I’ll tag you when it’s done and try to play killer to see if it will work @Pike_Trickfoot

All you had to do is keep trying.
If they were leaving in the lobby/loading in to match they probable just had High ping

I’m just gonna delete this game after all.Survivors enter my lobby almost instantly and the screen just FREEZES and they don’t wanna wait so they get out... i want my money back.And yeah i deleted it as you said but nothing changed. Disappointed @Pike_Trickfoot

@Qwavex20 Sorry mate. All I can say is support services at this point, but if you're adamant with returning it, good luck getting points/money back (depending on where you sell it). Everyone is going to pay less than you did. :/

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. If my game on ps4 was doing that, well...I would be worried as well.

You won't lose your progress. I deleted this game a bit back as I'd had enough, then came back about a month later. My progress was still there.

There is a possibility to lose data if an update file gets corrupted. It happened to me on another game so it isn’t far-fetched to be afraid of that. But it’s also an unlikely scenario.

I sent them and they said they are investigating and they will be examining my account for any errors.Was it a robot like automatically or they are really gonna do something? I hope I’m not the only one so they’re gonna resolve it faster
