Question involving Ghostface and killer instinct
In the legion's power description it says killer instinct doesn't activate on survivor in deep wound. So does killer instinct not activate when ghostface is revealed by someone using borrowed time?

No, that's probably just a mechanic in place to prevent you from snowballing as Legion.

More specifically, it helps you find the people who you have not yet hit. If it showed the location of all survivors, you might run over to the next guy only to realize that it's someone you already hit. It wouldn't give you any benefit since you could already continue chasing the last guy you hit, the only difference is that you wouldn't be able to chain together four deep wounds as easily.
