I would love to see a top down view of a dead by daylight match
I've been thinking these days that it would be sooo cool to watch a whole DBD trial from a top down perspective. Perhaps only the devs can do this, but I'm sure as hell it would be cool to watch.

I'd love to see a hundred or so matches like that, rank 5 on average. See what the whole team does most often, and when.

Kind of like a seperate "mode" where you spectate other matches? That would be awesome. Being able to watch high rank matches could be a good learning experience. While watching lower ranks might be cringey but definitely nostalgic.

White noise 2 has something like that in fast forward as a stylized map with dots instead of actual models in their score screen.

Still since It has multiple view points (i'm thinking of Maurice for instance), i'm not surprised It looks from the above too. Especially since it does take sacrifices from the above!

Yes but the whole point I had in mind is to see it with the graphics as they are now from the above including the killer's red stain. So it would be beautiful to watch :) Although I am aware that buildings and tree tops would be a problem, but in that case there could be player auras displayed instead.

Why would entity be forced to watch from only one place?
Also, think about the whispers, entity is giving the killer a cue that the survivor is nearby, so she already know that they are there.

The game itself says that the Entity is watching through the killer. However that doesnt mean it doesnt have other senses too. It can hear, smell, taste, and feel survivors as well. We humans are very dependent on our vision, doesnt mean that the Entity is too.

I don't care about the lore in this case, I just want to see the camera view from above. And I think only the devs can do this. That's all, I hope they do it some day :D
