Nah was a joke, just wanted to remind all of you in what hell we played back then. Really insane. Lets enjoy the current state a little bit more by knowing that it was much more worse.

you forgot the joys of Pallet vacuum and instablind flashlights... Also, gotta love when the game ACTUALLY blinds the player with a bright white screen everytime... felt so real

Yea it was so much fun back then! Pallet Vacuums, Exhaustion honestly I think exhaustion was more powerful than old DS or Pallet Vacuums because you got Sprint burst back every 40 seconds and it is quite easy to loop a killer for 40 seconds in one area then you sprint burst to the next. Infinites are also great! some are still in the game but not as many. It used to be hell.

Remember the BS that was the pallet vaccuums? Bring that back to cause no survivor deserves to get hit for being greedy and stupid.

Survivor Perks That Got Major Nerfs For Balance Reasons Since I Started Playing:
- Sprint Burst
- Self Care
- Saboteur
- Balanced Landing
- Decisive Strike
- Borrowed Time
- Lithe
- We're Gonna Live Forever
- Dead Hard
- Mettle of Man
I won't miss any of the older versions of any of these. Thinking about it though, MoM is the first broken survivor perk they've released since David King. They've actually got a pretty good track record of not releasing those anymore.

I wasn't a fan of old MoM, mostly because you didn't have to do anything for the ridiculous amount of power it gave you. I like the idea of the new version, but it actually sucks monumental donkey balls because of how unreliable the protection system is. Out of twenty games, I've gotten MoM to work twice while actively trying to protect teammates. If the protection system worked as intended, it would have been active in at least half of those games. If they don't fix how protection hits are calculated, MoM won't be worth a slot due to the inconsistency.

Saboing the lunar hooks, Killers camping lunar gens toxicity was at peak performance on both sides plus Insta blinds it was just horrible....

Yea it was for Howling Grounds keep in mind this was also a time when survivors were at like peak power and many would go around and just sabo lunar hooks and killers would just camp lunar gens in return

There were special hooks and gens giving roughly 5k each. Survivors often sabotaged them the entire match while Killers threw any match just to mske sure they don't get them, usually with an annoying 3 gen build.

The other ones were not really as bad as anyone claims they were, my personal favorite was the BBQ event, because of the massive BP and the lovely event gens.

TBH im surprised this game made it with how horrid the old versions were. I would of quit if I had too deal with Vaccum Pallets at red ranks.

Lol or the old saboteur where you broke the hook and it never came back along with breaking the trappers traps and making him useless the whole game , now that was a real ######### show !

Bring back old borrowed time, as a killer i never had a problem with. I also didn't complain about DS but i do like that you have be to hooked at least once to use it now

With the recent buffs it's received, I never wanna see old Borrowed Time again.

Also the old borrowed time was just used as a get out of jail free card for the unhooker in a lot of cases. It's fine now as is.

I don't really use borrowed time now to know what it's like, i just know they nerfed it and it didn't need nerfing if you didn't camp

The old borrowed time needed nerfing because it was too strong once the exit gates are open.
The current borrowed time is still extremely strong and really doesn't need a buff.

The OG sprint burst recovered every 30 seconds

Yea and before they did the exhaustion nerf vigil was amazing it was 32 second Sprint burst , Dead hard was the best exhaustion perk back then though because balanced wasn't buffed yet to where you don't get slowed when you're falling and you could loop for days with dead hard consistently coming back .
