ghostface is stupidly easy to be spotted and even behind cover
that 8% is MASSIVE and even when you go behind stuff and you are absolutely hidden you still get spotted, survivors can be behind 5 meters of walls or anything and they will spot you, this is STUPID!
they head of the survivors should be ABLE to see ghostface to be spotted, not being behind 30 walls and see someone you shouldn't even see, he was hard to spot before and that's how he should have stayed.
and when you get behind walls or trees or anything it should 100% be canceled and you shouldn't be spotted even when going behind walls, this is so stupid, why murdering a killer we were ALL happy with? we ALL complained about the nerfs being unecessary and we all said he was fine the way he was but NOOOOOOOO OF COURSE NOT THE DEVS MUST ######### THE KILLERS EVEN MORE!
because they don't listen to us, oh but they buffed him from how he was in the ptb and YES HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED LIKE IN THE PTB!
behavior knowing NOTHING about balance and only ruin every killers to make it easier for survivors, like we aren't truggling enough.
Behavior, do you job right, it'S not difficult, and stop nerfing every killer when it is not needed!

Yeah ive been having a gripe about how i stalk someone they look at me i go fully behind cover and still get revealed its kinda a pain in the butt i do agree survivors should have to be literally staring at his model to reveal him.
Other then that im finding a lot of success with him at higher ranks once you get down the playstyle hes actually not that bad but he could be better i agree.

he's wildly inconsistent, being simultaneously too easy and too difficult to break out of his power
BHVR still hasn't seemed to be able to nail down how to reward a survivor for paying attention and looking directly at him, while not letting survivors accidentally reveal him from afar and behind objects. when he works properly i imagine he'll be way more fun to play against because currently he's a slog

The idea of ghost face is to be stealthy, if you aren't stealthy then you, rightfully, pay the price. My problem is that, if played correctly, he can duck behind cover constantly and slowly get the mark bar up without. Regression, and each time GF exits the view of a survivor the 'timer' to get him out is reset and it takes away the skill of staying undetected, as a HARD killer he should take skill and remain unseen. Not exploiting a broken mechanic

I think if the game was slower paced then that could work. But with gens being capable of being done in 3 min. Yeah if that change was made he would just be useless instead of being a skillful hard killer to play or at the very least the risk vs reward would be too much risk for too little reward.

Ghostface is in the group of killers I'd say benefit the greatest off survivors stupidity.
The other two are hillbilly and trapper.

This has nothing to do with the 8% thing.
Even if the detection size was a single pixel in the center of the screen they would still be able to spot you while in cover as an inherent property of the mechanic.
The 8% makes execution easier but a sufficiently good Survivors such as a red rank will spot you whenever possible no matter what size the detection is testing for.
Getting spotted when you are behind a wall is also not related to the 8% thing and is again an unrelated issue.

Keep in mind. I'm not saying your complaints are illegitimate. Just that the 8% thing isn't the cause of the issue and thus reverting it won't solve the issue.

It's so easy now that I reveal him when I'm trying not to. I was walking on Temple of Purgation map and started to reveal him and I had no idea he was somewhere ahead of me.

I have different experience. I had games where I was directly looking at Ghostface when he was leaning from a corner for like 3s and still got Exposed.

Yup we kept telling them but they don't bother listening, we don't even know on what data they base it on.
