Does spine chill and resilience combo at 15% vault speed and does anyone have a video in comparison?

that 6% it's hard to notice , but i think it works. I'm fine just using resilience..maybe one day wil give that perk some love and increase the percentage ,wink wink.

Neither of the two perks increase vault speeds anymore, that was removed awhile back. The devs believed the "leader" perk would be to strong on vaults so they took it out all together.
The devs just didn't remove the in-game text from perks for whatever reason

no, resilience's vault speed was restored and now works properly
spine chill IIRC was never meant to increase vault speed and so doesn't anymore
it'd be good if a dev could confirm/deny this

They brought back Resilience increasing vault speed in 3.0.0! It had been gone for a few patches (I believe it left around when they changed how vault momentum works), but I'm so excited that it's back. It's one of my favorite builds. Leader vault speed left at the same time and is still gone (25% would probably be way too much anyways, like they thought)

Can you confirm if Spine Chill affects vault speed?

As far as I know, it does. It doesn't say it in the description but I've noticed it, even if 6% isn't a lot. It's saved me a few times!
