What do you think about this?
I’m not sure. it’d be okay if the best offering only done something like 10% slower at most. More than that I think is too strong (if coupled with ruin, thanatophobia etc)

We don't need offerings to fix unbalanced things in the game.
The core mechanics need to change.

I agree, i would like it to change.
what I will say though is the devs are always reluctant to change core mechanics, look how long it took them to sort out hatch standoffs.

I've never heard any dev even use that term. Everybody knows that chasing and hooking aren't your only objective, but applying map pressure too.

The one thing the game definitely does not need is even more balancing done via Blood-Web RNG instead of fixes to core gameplay.

there are two sides to the offering coin, if there's one that slows down gen speed, there's gonna be an offering that increases gen speed. that being said, id much rather have a killer with a gen speed offering than a mori one.
