Please fix Endgame for sole survivor
Im really sick of how incredibly unbalanced it is for the last survivor. Whether you just had a garbage team or had an amazingly even match that came down to the wire... when youre the last survivor its near impossible and remarkably unfair. Its a gift to killers, plain and simple.

I escape more often than not during the EGC as a Survivor.
It's supposed to be hard mate.

Well that's not entirely true. There are plenty of times I have had the last survivor escape via hatch or gate.
It's a matter of stealth and luck.
If the survivor gets lucky and finds hatch first they get out, guaranteed. If the killer gets lucky and finds the hatch, they commence the End Game Collapse, which gives the survivor ANOTHER chance at escape.
During the EGC the survivor has to be smart and hidden and get on the right gate and open it. In most maps the gates will spawn pretty far apart so if you start up the gate, the killer usually won't have time to make it back in time to stop you.
Besides if the killer has been able to get your whole team, chances are you were next anyway. Why should you be given an upper-hand to get out alive just because you are the last one?

Embrace the challenge, its suppose to get more difficult as teammates die. Even as last survivor there is hatch, hatch again if you have a key, and then there are the gates as the final way out. There is always a way out by design.

Not true at all. The hatch is a very good chance at survival. If you have a key, it's almost a guaranteed escape. And if the exit gates spawn on opposite sides of the map, the killer has no chance patrolling them, also giving the survivor a free escape.

Its very killer sided at the moment but the only thing I think is unfair (other than some gate spawns) is that I can close the hatch while a survivor is mid jump. Even I feel bad when that happens...

It's definitely not supposed to be and should not be easy. However, there should be some changes. One was mentioned above: killers should not be able to cancel an escape via hatch animation. The devs made it a point to remove hatch grabs so why on earth can killers close the hatch when you are already mid-jump? Whoever presses the button first should get it.
Second, gates need to be spawned a minimum and maximum distance apart and preferably have some kind of LoS obstruction between them.
Third, the lights on the exit gate switch should be adjusted. The first one seems to light up around 20% and that is way too early, especially with how close together gates can spawn and how many killers either have high mobility or traps. IMO, the lights should turn on at around 33%, 50% and 75%.

I dont mind dying, I just want fun and fair chases. When Im kept in jungle gym by bloodlust 3 gamer and die to EGC I feel cheated.

I think they should change Left Behind into some kind of hatch related perk. Currently it's basically useless, and there still aren't any perks in the game on either side that directly relate to the hatch. Then people could run a last man standing perk that actually works
