Pig or Clown?
These are the last 2 killers I've yet to unlock. Which is the better choice so I don't waste my money?

I'm a bit more partial to Pig. Decent killer who is one of the least stressful to play.

I personally like Pig more, but clown can definitely be a beast if you learn how to use the bottles 😀

Pig, shes more fun than Clown and MYC and Surveillance are amazing.

Haven't got the clown yet but since I tried playing as PIg, she's become my new favourite.

Pig, sadly. I cannot recommend the Clown, even if he is my favorite.
6 -
Definitely piggy, she's 10x more fun to play than clown in my opinion
4 -
Clown, we need more people to play it, I want to atleast get matched once against him

Unlock Clown with shards, buy Pig at the sale

I'd say Pig for sure. She has some fun mindgames with her crouch and ambush. Clown is kind of boring in my opinion, but he has some really nice teachables.

Get Pig, Surveillance is amazing and Make your choice is pretty good.
PIG MAINS RISE UP!!!!!
3 -
Pig, because you can unlock Clown with shards.

Looks like Pig took the prize...as suggested I'll use shards for Clown. Thanks for all the input 👍

I'll probably end up with both anyway since they're the only ones I haven't played. Thanks for the reply

They're both low-mid tier, they both have 2 good and 1 garbage perk.
I personally think Pig is more fun and less stressful. That's a personal choice thing tho.

I prefer the Clown. He's much better at ending chases, and can be really lethal with the right perks.

Pig can slw the game quite a bit, unless they get lucky and remove the mask on first try. Clown is 1v1 King
Perks: Both have each one insanely good perks. Clown: PGTW, Pig: Survailance

Pig.
I'm assuming you're buying the whole chapter and not just unlocking the character.
+ Pig has a decent base kit with the added benefit of being able to slow the game down with her reverse bear traps.
+ Pig isn't as addon reliant as Clown, in which the clown is pretty bad without equipping them.
+ Tapp arguably has slightly stronger perks than Kate's.
The Pig is criminally underrated by the community for the most part, often being ranked really low. But she's just got a soft learning curve to her. She's very good and probably one of the more balance killers in how well you do will depend on how well you utilize all the aspects of her kit.
While the Clown may have two very strong perks (PgtW and Bamboozle) compared to the Pig's two decent one (MYC and Surveillance), he's very problematic in other areas.
Clown is buggy af atm and many have said that he's actually very boring to play as or against, this is largely do to him having only one real use for his ability. Pig can chase, she can ambush, she can pressure and she can has built in slows.

So while the Clown may on paper be able to end chases faster than her, he's still going to get gen rushed real hard because he has no real way of pressuring the survivors.
I would hold off on him unless you're getting the chapter for the perks alone. While I wouldn't personally rank him as being in the bottom of the barrel in terms of how well he ranks with the other killers, as I personally do well enough on him. But he's not too far above from Leatherface. There are just way more fun and viable killers to choose from.

I would rather bring this up in a more relevant thread, so I won't turn this into a big discussion on this one, but I would not call Pig's base kit decent. Inconsistent game stalling + ambush that is only sometimes useful at mindgaming certain loops and unreliable everywhere else = weak base kit IMO. Clown also doesn't get his bottles taken away during the Endgame Collapse, which one can't say the same for with Pig.

I prefer the Clown, but you can get some fun memes and some sick plays with the Pig too.

I would try them out simply because to me, they're new to play. I prefer Spirit, Myers and Billy as my mains but with those 2 added I'll be able to utilize them all. Again, thanks for all the info as I know just about nothing on Piggy or weezy Clown .

Honestly The Clown is more straight forward while The Pig relies on stealth & traps. It is easier to get The Clown down.
Also he has some sick costumes man. Not including that, he does have some rememberable animations too.
The Clown to me stands out more than The Pig. Sure if you want to get great as Ghost Face, you should play as The Pig often.
There isn't a lot of killers like The Clown though. Yes you could compare throwing bottles to The Huntress' hatchets. But that's not a great comparison.
Obviously majority prefers her over him. I felt he deserves more respect than he currently gets.
He also has more useful add ons. Yes I went there so what. This guy asked a great question, I simply chose to give it to him straight.

I've unlocked Clown with shards and I'm pretty happy with the character. He adds a little comedy to the game looking like he does, and yes the costumes are cool 😎 I'll get to piggy eventually but for now it's Clown time !

Clown is the better choice. He is stronger and has better perks then pig i would say.

I have to disagree, PIg is extremely addon reliant. Video Tape/John's Medical File are must have's.

You can get Clown with shards. I wouldn't recommend buying anything, but if you're going to, get Pig.

Clowns a buggy mess but is fun, Pig is also fun if you like her playstyle and is generally a better killer than clown.
Up to your preference though on how you like to play killers.

I personally prefer miss piggy, but clown has incredible anti loop potential
If you want a fun killer and like the SAW movies, purchase pig without second thoughts
If you want a reliable killer you can use to obliterate even the most loopable of loops, pick clown

Clown is easier in mid-ranks, but overall Pig feels more comfortable throughout.
Pig with PGtW or Bamboozle can be fun, too.
No Perk/Addon Clown vs No Perk/Addon Pig means Pig wins every time, though, because 15% slow isn't good when you have to slow yourself to make it happen even if you aim well, and Pig can both crouch and hide their terror radius - just keep in mind that RBTs aren't meant for head pops, they're fire and forget party hats that serve only to try to slow the game down by giving survivors extra objectives.

If you like stealth play and toying with Survivors, play Pig
If you enjoy cackling and oppressing Survivors with slowdown anti-loop gas, play Clown.
I love both <3
