Solution for the Queues

Just give us a ingame info screen where we can see which side has the longer queues.
Add a 25-50% bonus points to the side that has the shorter queues (depending on how long the queues are).
Points will be applied after the match.
Players will switch accordingly.

That would be nice.. but i think I've seen this suggested back in year one.
