Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

A small cosmetic change which people'll definitely like.

In the post-op screen, every person who was sacrificed/killed should be shown injured, and for those extra cool boy points, those who disconnect shouldn't even be shown.
