Survivors are strongest in chase and weakest in hiding. When you hide, you could be found out positioned, etc. What I find most annoying about doctor rn is the loud noise that accompanies the screaming. I'm hoping it's a bug.

I agree that survivors are strong in chases but you should be able to avoid chases altogether if your smart and not just be given away anyway

Which is why you should run Calm Spirit if it annoys you so much.
I personally find the Hag really annoying, which is why I run Urban Evasion constantly.

Fair enough but I'd rather have something like bond instead of using a slot up just in case I run into doctor

Calm Spirit also helps against Plag and Clown and perks like Infectious Fright and Iron Maiden.

I'm not sure if this is just me but I have only ever gone against 2clowns and 0 plags so perks like that have no real payoff From point of view

I know it blocks when you are being actively barfed on, I think it does work in coughing? Not sure though.

Either run the perk, learn how to play against him, or stop complaining. Killers don't like being forced to use ruin just to have a chance to win. And that's not even situational, that's just a constant need.
