A (better?) way to add passives for each killer and survivor.
I think the idea of having passives are nice, the only problem would be that if each character had their own passives by default killers would know who to focus first.
What i suggest is to add those passives but with a requirement to unlock them, which is to run a minimum of 2 out of the 3 personal perks. This would also promote some variety to builds, which is nice.
Survivors passives could be focused on different roles like healer, runner, gen jockie, etc.. While killers passives could add a bonus to their powers.

Killers don't need passives since they already have individuality. And if it's not obvious what passives a character has by looking at them, what's the point of adding them at all? That completely voids any attempt to add individuality to the survivors if it's not based on the character.

I thought it was pretty clear if you just looked at the way the characters are shown in their lore or trailers, making it clear enough for me at least.

I do think that this wold be a neat idea, make it so characters aren't just player models with ability that you need to unlock for other characters.

It would be based on the character, but you would need to unlock those passives by running their default perks.
For instance, if Claudette wants to get her healing passives she would need to run 2 of her own perks. But she won't be able to get anyone elses passives by running their perks.

Sure,
Just be prepared for tier lists, optimal play guides and people ready to drop party because you wont run the strongest survivors.
But Im just a killer main so I dont know anything about that...

Many games have that already, with their BiS (best in slot) stuff, and are doing just fine.
Anything underperforming could just be buffed, problem solved.

Too bad Wraith has pretty weak Perks.
The passive would have to be astoundingly good for me to run 2 of his Perks.

There are many perks which are barely used or not used at all, like predator and bloodhound from Wraith. If people were forced to run them to unlock the passives then we would see those perks more often too.
