A (better?) way to add passives for each killer and survivor.

I think the idea of having passives are nice, the only problem would be that if each character had their own passives by default killers would know who to focus first.

What i suggest is to add those passives but with a requirement to unlock them, which is to run a minimum of 2 out of the 3 personal perks. This would also promote some variety to builds, which is nice.

Survivors passives could be focused on different roles like healer, runner, gen jockie, etc.. While killers passives could add a bonus to their powers.
