Vanilla Killers: Tier List (PainReliever)
Prologue
As well all know, every killer is unique in power. This means there are strong killers, mediocre killers, and weak killers. With that in mind, here's a YouTube video I agree with because he makes some great points about what makes a killer a killer.
Wise Words From @LordGlint:
Tier lists are COMPLETELY about personal opinion/experience. That's why theres so many of them, and they vary from person to person. If there was 1 proven right answer to a tier list, there would only be 1 list.
Whether or not you think this tier list is any good is up to you. Its DEFINITELY his opinion, just like every other list, and there's NOTHING WRONG with that. All tier lists do is share your personal opinions with other people, typically backed up by how effective you've seen specific things with that killer/perk/whatever do.
After watching the video, I have a task for the Community!
Community Task
Give these killers some base buffs, or QoL change to help them reach their killer status!
My Examples
The Pig should have Rules Set NO.2 as a baseline.
The Wraith shouldn't have a shimmer on him, and should be completely invisible like Freddy.
The Trapper should have his traps sink into the ground just a little bit to conceal them better.
Epilogue
Now it's your turn, give these killers some base power buffs, and remember, we're aren't looking at add-ons just for the sake of simplicity. You can add add-ons to the killer's base power, but you cannot buff add-ons.

That tier list is just extremelly bad. How can you agree with someone that thinks the spirit is weaker than the hag or the shape ?

His measurements are completely arbitrary and based on his personal opinion/experience instead of raw data. That's not how tier lists work.
Tier lists are made based on actual RAW DATA. That means frame data and match/tournament results. Had he played 100 games with each killer and recorded his kill percentage with some other data it'd still be wrong, but at least more reliable than what he actually did.
Until someone actually sits and records match results (and not just a few, you would need hundreds, maybe thousands, from multiple players playing multiple killers each) any tier list is purely subjective.
EDIT: That's not to say the video wasn't interesting to watch or that he makes good points about the strength of the killers. Just that it's like... his opinion man.

There's not one perfect tier list out there, and even if there was, it's still debatable between the top players. Also, I'm not saying this list is perfect, but it's close enough to get a general understanding about the killers - Thus why I included it.
However, I'd prefer if we focused on the community task: Give Weak Killers some base buffs, or QoL change to help them reach their killer status!
Didn't see your edit, yes I understand. 😁

@thesuicidefox Im actually going to disagree with you on this.

It's only debatable because no one is using reliable measurements. It's all just opinion and experience with no real quantitative data to support it.
No they aren't. Real tier lists are based on actual data. Usually in the form of frame data (or some other data pulled from the game like damage values) and tournament results. Opinion only comes into play when the data shows that two or more characters are equal, and even then there are ways to measure how effective one character is compared to another.
Considering we have not had any official tournaments for DBD, there can't be a real tier list. Hence, all DBD tier lists are pure speculation. The best we can do is BHVR's data dumps but those aren't reliable because they don't consider rank, DC's, or just the sheer variety to game play that exists in this game.
Go look up a real tier list for any game. There is 0 opinion (or so close to 0 that the impact of opinion is negligible).

I like with what he tried to do with this tier list, but don't agree with the results even after the modifier.
Plague better than Ghostface?
Myers better than Spirit?
Trapper better than Pig?
Not as bad as Tydes though... That was a cluster #########.

But i think Plague is a little bit over GF, he's weakness about seeing him, it's just too much, if he was be OP on start and when i would to be developer, i'll just kill him giving him this detection way, rly he don't need this.
