We noticed an issue affecting the amount of Toothy Tortes delivered in the Bloodweb when using the Auto-Bloodweb and Bulk Spending features. This issue is now fixed, but you may need to reboot to see it reflected in-game. We have also slightly increased the number of Toothy Tortes that will appear in the Bloodweb.
We know players encountered different issues when playing the Black Banquet Event, and we wouldn't want you to leave the feast still hungry. We'll be providing 5M Bloodpoints to all players, redeemable in your in-game inbox. Thank you for your patience as we worked on these issues, and we hope to see you in The Fog!

"remove looping"....

Looping is a part of dbd, I can't imagine DbD without it. Also, the people who always say to nerf looping and buff stealth would kill the game.

There is NOTHING exciting about to be an stealthy Claudette. People who got over 200 hours are still playing because of the chasing aspect of the game.

Also, did you ever played against a stealth squad? I did and it was the most boring experience ever. I slugged all 4 at the end and let them bleed out to show them how boring it was.

Changing the game from a heavy chase core to a stealth core would made me quit DbD.

Just stop this nonsense

"Stop saying things i disagree with"

Isn't discussion the whole point of forums? Telling people to shut up doesn't do anything it's not going to change someones view.

Killers have been complaining about chases being too long/gens too fast for the length of chases for years.

    @Bbbrian2013

Oh well, of course everyone can write everything he/she wants.

But, to be fair - everyone is also thinking he is a special Snowflake and that HIS Thread about Looping/"Genrush"/Nurse/NOED/Adrenaline is special and not like the 500 other threads about this topics.

I can get behind the frustration to read the same topics 5 times every day.

What do you mean with "remove looping"?

    You can already remove it

    Just play nurse or spirit

    Edit: Hags do it too

I love taking the aggro, I never take Urban Evasion, or stuff like that when I rather run Dead Hard and Lightweight.

You never want to stop people from disscussing something they feel is a good change. It's not nonsense just a different viewpoint of how they think the game could be changed for the better.

Good or bad ideas are just an opinion and what forums are all about as long as it's civil.

I enjoy stealth. It's not boring. Boring is that moment when, for the 1000th time "oh Hillbilly found me, let's run for that broken building in Wretched Shop and run around it for half an hour, until the poor idiot has enough of it". Boring and stupid.

DaS_only please understand, nobody says "chases should be removed", that would be silly. LOOPING, and the fact that killer collision is bigger than survivor, that is painfully stupid. But don't you worry, I'm positive it will not be changed, players are too used to it at this point.

As said, as long as it's civil even a thread that starts out with an "extreme" opinion can lead to some good exchanges as people meet in the middle and the like. I don't want looping entirely gone, but at the same time I wouldn't mind it getting "nerfed" if we got more interesting stealth/chase-breaking options.

The people that just label people disagreeing with them as killer/survivor mains are unfortunate of course, same with the people that throw words like exploit, cheat and toxic around like candy. But just how it is.

EDIT: Don't mean to imply "centrist" opinions are always the right ones no matter what, but hopefully it makes sense. A topic that starts with a "controversial demand" can still have all sorts of discussions about compromises, partial adoptions and so on.

I'd agree if the devs changed bullshit loops which have no mindgame into loops which have a mindgame, like the new Badham. It requires skill instead of circeling around the whole time.

Also, those bullshit windows like Ironworks, Torment Creek, Suffocation Pit, Coal Tower or Groaning Storehouse need a rework, but we'll see anyway what they'll make when it hits those maps. Who knows when.

Isn't this one of there primary directives? I'm sure they have said numours times that they are actively modifying the maps and items to reduce big loops.

And still semi infinites are still around when it would be enough to add doors around all of them

They only announced it like a month ago - they released Badham reworks which is noticeably hard to loop on and there are no infs

that's correct, still the semi infinites have been around since 1.06 at least which means September 2016, almost three years ago and they are still around. A bit slow innit?

I agree that chases are the fun part in DbD. They are the magic ingredient that make DbD so successful compared to the other games in this genre.

Chases where you are given the opportunity to outsmart your opponent and must utilize your movement and wits to win are fun.

Chases where all both parties do is hold W in a straight line because they're running around a pallet or window that literally cannot be circumnavigated and won't let you try to outplay them is not.

True. But I wouldn't even be bothered that much by these bad loops as a killer if I just had enough time for chases.
