Do Ghostface's Night Shroud recovery addons stack?

I am just wondering because if they don't, I've been a great fool. I ask this because Michael's stalking speed addons both say they stack but do Ghostface's recovery speed addons stack. (Olsen's address book and Chewed Pen).

    Previously, all add-ons that didn't specifically say they don't stack have some sort of stacking effect. This is likely true for GF's add-ons, but I haven't seen anybody do the math to say for sure.

    I did some testing and.. they do stack! The results were: 16.20 seconds recovery time when both addons were used and 22.22 seconds when just the Chewed Pen(Green) was used. I may have been out a few milliseconds but the difference was obvious.

    Oh yes they do lol. Popped into the VoD of a streamer after I nixed them and they said "How does he keep getting his power back so fast?!"

    Yep I stack them and sometimes play GF as a zero terror radius M1 killer because I’m bad at stalking
