This happened several times and its infuriating just wondering if its intended to be like this or is there going to be some future update that will tackle this and fix it? (refer to images).

If you are reffering to you being dumped into a rank 13 lobby, then thats not intended. Its a consequence of the game being niche, and not having alot of players. Nothing really the developers can do, apart from allowing people from other regions (with high latency) joining into the same lobby.

As far as I know, its only a visual bug. You are not actually losing a pip.
Unless they ######### that up again? Havent played too much lately.
