Add an option for chase music volume

Set it at a minimal amount of 15% for example, and let us adjust the volume of the music on this base.

What about the advantage of hearing survivors better with a lowered volume?

What about the disadvantage of hearing the too loud music broken on each patch forcing killer to increase the volume of their headset to hear survivors and slowly becoming deaf ?

I don't know, if there are bugs, report them, get them fixed.
