Did Mad Grit get buffed or is it glitched?

Buffed, it was glitched in the last ptb and the devs liked it so they kept it. However in the ptb it was a lot stronger since spamming your attack made you faster than your normal speed when carrying survivors. Obviously it has been scaled down a little since than.

@PolarBear You don't get slowed after swinging. You move full speed and can spam attacks the whole time with no drawback.
Old mad grit you could swing over and over with no cooldown but you'd still get the swing slowdown.

I saw it used for the first time ever yesterday and my friends and I were cracking up. The first time this game has made me laugh in a while

Mad grit agitation infectious fright and bbq on omega blink nurse with a game map offering. I’ve been accused of cheating 2 or 3 times today already lol.
