INSIDIOUS Rework - My suggestion

I know people have posted heir own suggestions in the past but I thought I'd give it a try.. just because this is one of those perk that whenever pop up on my bloodweb I hate having to spend points to get... it's so useless.

But imagine if you could use it in a chase instead of camping? I would suggest WHENEVER you stand still for 1 second, the perk hides your bloodstain and terror radius for 3/4/5 seconds. This way you could use it to mind game pallets and walls, kind of like ghostface does when he's in stalk mode.

Here's the catch, whenever a survivor is hooked the perk can only be triggered when the killer is at least 24 meters from the hook. This way you cant use it to camp and instead is encouraged to chase someone else.
